By using nasyhub.com and any of its sub-products (Vela, Argo, Atom, AI Readiness Audit, Tender Intelligence), you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.

• Argo: monitors public records for informational purposes only. Not financial, legal, or investment advice. Verify independently.
• Pocket CGT: generic calculator for estimates only. Not tax advice. Consult a registered tax agent.
• Vela: waste analysis is based on provided data and industry benchmarks. Not audited financial advice.

User Obligations

• Provide accurate information when using our services
• Do not misuse services or attempt to harm our infrastructure
• Comply with all applicable laws when using our services

Intellectual Property

Our content, branding, and tools are our intellectual property. You may use our services for their intended purpose. You may not copy, modify, or redistribute our content without permission.

Limitation of Liability

Services are provided “as is”. We are not liable for indirect damages, lost profits, or decisions made based on our tools. This does not exclude liability that cannot be excluded by law.

Data Handling

Our data practices are described in our Privacy Policy. For Vela specifically: API keys are used once (read-only fetch) and never stored. CSV uploads are processed in-memory and discarded.

Changes

We may update these terms with notice. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
